OSF Season Kicks Off Early This Year
The Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF) is starting its season earlier than ever this year, bringing world-class theater back to Ashland in March! Founded in 1935 by Angus Bowmer, OSF has grown into one of the nation’s most renowned regional theaters, attracting theater lovers from around the world. With a rich history of performing Shakespearean classics alongside contemporary works, OSF continues to captivate audiences with its dynamic productions, diverse storytelling, and commitment to artistic excellence.
This year’s season features an exciting lineup, blending timeless Shakespearean plays with bold new works. With performances on the outdoor Elizabethan stage, the Angus Bowmer Theatre and the Thomas Theatre, this year's OSF season runs from March through October, featuring productions such as Julius Caesar, The Importance of Being Earnest, August Wilson's Jitney, Shane, The Merry Wives of Windsor, and more!
