Beginning at 8:00 a.m. enjoy our fresh brewed coffee from a local coffee roaster. A selection of tea is always available as well throughout the day. You’ll find freshly made muffins, tea bread or scones available at 8:00 a.m. in our breakfast dining area. Be sure to leave room for the main entrée yet to come!
Greet the morning in our lovely new breakfast room where you can enjoy the inn’s garden surroundings or enjoy coffee by the fireplace. You may wish to ponder magnificent mountain and valley vistas if you choose to dine at one of our outside tables on the beautiful wrap-around deck, or enjoy the view from inside our sunny and beautifully decorated dining room. In either case, you’ll always be seated at a table of your own choosing.
Savor and satisfy
In the early mornings of the growing season, a harvest takes place in our own organic garden where a variety of herbs and flowers are gathered. Vegetables and fruits from our garden, as well as those from local farms at the Ashland Grower’s Market, are utilized in our breakfasts. Menus inspired by the seasonal rhythm of the garden are intensely flavorful and are a delight to the senses.
Breakfast is served
A full two-course breakfast which includes juice, a fruit course, and a sweet or savory hot entrée is served daily. Using only the freshest organic ingredients and locally sourced foods, we enthusiastically and passionately strive to create a breakfast that is both memorable and nutritious.
