Linda's New Role as Hospitality Director
After serving as Country Willows Innkeeper and Manager, as well as the Manager of The Palm Motel and Cottages, Linda is embracing a well-deserved transition into semi-retirement. In her new role as our Hospitality Director, she will focus on essential behind-the-scenes responsibilities. Linda will manage administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, supply ordering, contracts, event scheduling, and providing vital support to our managers. Her wealth of experience and commitment to excellence make her perfect for this new position, ensuring our operations continue to run smoothly and efficiently.
Lisa Steps Up as the New Innkeeper at Country Willows Inn
Having served as Linda’s second-in-command, Lisa has been promoted to the role of Innkeeper. Her passion for hospitality and unwavering commitment to exceptional service make her the ideal candidate to lead our day-to-day operations. We are confident that Lisa will continue the tradition of excellence that our guests have come to expect and love.
Natasha Promoted to Daily Operations Manager at Palm Motel and Cottages
Natasha has been promoted to Daily Operations Manager at the Palm Motel and Cottages, from her former position as Lead Housekeeper. Natasha's years of experience in hospitality will now shine even brighter as she takes on the responsibility of overseeing daily activities. Her attention to detail and passion for guest satisfaction will ensure that every visitor has a memorable and enjoyable stay.
